Automotive Sales Manager - BDC

The Haldeman Auto Group is seeking a sales manager to join our organization to manage our group s BDC teams. Our BDC departments generate more of our showroom traffic each month. We need a sales manager to guide this crucial department. We are looking for dynamic sales professional who can lead teams and desires responsibly. Individuals will have the opportunity to advance within the organization and this desire is required. Sales mangers duties are strenuous but rewarding financially and professionally.

The Haldeman Auto Group consists of Haldeman Ford Subaru, Haldeman Ford East Windsor and Haldeman Lexus of Princeton. We have been serving central New Jersey and Lower Bucks County for 40 years. We have over 200 associates and stock over $30 million in new and used vehicle inventory.

We want to invest in associates who like to learn and have the ability to share that training with their teams. These professionals understand the urgency in prioritizing sales but then efficient with down time. The best sales managers know that they are always learning and teaching there teams new skills. We are seeking individuals who desire to move up to general sales managers and general managers!

We are seeking sales professionals with automotive industry experience. Individuals with successful automotive sales experience but limited automotive sales management experience are encouraged to apply.

Have a strong focus on generating appointments and appointment shows

Ability to recruit sales BDC team members

Experience in desking deals

Hold Weekly training with teams

Assist our guests in the sales experience

Monitor and manage development of team member s task and responsibilities

Organize, manage and BDC workflows

Ability to train in proper phone skills

Ensure our guests receive treatment that they have come to expect from or organization

Strong computer skill and CRM skill

Strong understanding of sales managers job duties and commitment to excellence

Ability to motivate and earn respect of their teams

Sales management experience

Automotive Industry experience

Proven sales track record

Clean driving record

5 day work week
